Bespoke learning programmes designed to engage hard to reach children
Outreach and Alternative Provision
Our outreach teaching team work alongside Schools, Academy Trusts and Local Authorities across Essex and Suffolk to deliver outreach teaching both in setting or in the community. We work on a 1-1 basis with Children with a main focus on their academic progress. While with us, Children will have a daily diet of English, Maths, Phonics, Reading and Topic based learning. This learning will be tailored to their needs be delivered in a way that supports them along their academic journey. As our packages are fully centered around the individual, we are also able to add bespoke options such as Wildwood Education, Beach school, Animal care, Cooking, life skills.
In School Pupil Support
Projection Education specialise in working with children who are struggling to access their education due to behavioural needs, SEMH and SEND as well as work to support pupil attendance.
In School Staff Support
Our aim is to work alongside teaching and support staff to develop a provision to best support the child with their education. We will work alongside staff members to develop practice as well as supporting with planning and implementation strategies.
1-to-1 Tutoring
Our 1-to-1 tutoring sessions have proven to be very popular, both working with students in schools and at home. We are able to tailor our support to work with all children in Primary and Secondary Schools
CPD
We are able to offer online and in school CPD for schools and Trusts. Our main programmes are:
- De-escalation and Behaviour Management
- Inclusive Practice
- Attendance Building and Re-Integration
- Support Staff Training
